Its finely bevelled edges, hand-inset brass stops, angled leg and cantilevered top combine to make it a sculptural and tactile piece.
The french-polished body brings out the beautiful figure of the walnut, while a varnished top provides a resistant and durable surface.
Reminiscent of much mid-century Scandinavian furniture it gives equal voice to function and design.
